We don't collect or store your data. Your photos stay on your device; only when you tap Generate is that single image sent to be processed, and it isn't kept there. The pieces you create live on your phone only. We don't ask for your name, email, location or contacts, and we don't track you across other apps.
The detail follows.
Nothing. There is no server holding your photos, your drawings, or the pieces you make. We have no image archive tied to your account.
The graffiti you generate is stored on your device only. Nobody else can see it unless you share or save it yourself. Delete the app and it goes with it.
When you tap Generate, the photo you picked and the sketch you drew are combined into a single image and passed to a third-party AI image processing service for the sole purpose of producing that result. The service uses it only to render the image. The image may be held on that service's systems for a limited period after processing; we use the settings available to us to keep that retention to a minimum. The app cannot work without this step, which is why we ask your permission before your first generation and let you decline.
Your name, email address, phone number, Apple ID, location, contacts, or advertising identifiers. We collect none of these. We don't track you across other apps or websites. We use no ad networks.
An anonymous account ID: the app signs you in anonymously, creating a random identifier that isn't tied to who you are.
Purchase status: whether your subscription is active and how many credits you have left.
A small number of third-party services are needed for the app to work. Each is required to protect your data to a standard equal to this policy, and each receives only the minimum needed to do its job:
AI image processing service — receives only the combined image and produces the result.
Identity infrastructure — receives only the anonymous ID, never your images.
Subscription management service — receives only the anonymous ID and purchase status, never your images.
App store — handles all payments. We never see your payment details.
We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.
Consent: we ask before your first image is ever sent for processing. You can decline and keep using the rest of the app.
Withdrawing consent: Settings has a switch controlling whether your data may be used to improve AI. It is off by default.
Deleting everything: Delete Account in Settings removes your anonymous account and every piece stored on your device. This cannot be undone.
Spray AI is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
If this policy changes, the date above will be updated.
